#RunChi

Have you been participating in Fleet Feet Chicago’s #RunChi challenge this month? The goal is to get to 100 miles before the end of the month. As of 6:30pm this evening, I will have reached my 100 miles and I still have days left to crush this some more!

I find that goal setting is really great for me as it actually motivates me to push hard. What do you do for motivation?
