I know, I know…. it’s a silly joke, but do I love me some TRex (TRX). If you haven’t tried it yet, get thee to a gym and give it a shot! It’s all body weight which means you can make it as easy or as light as you want. And you can attempt baller moves like unassisted pistol squats, which are…. a major work in progress.
